Welcome to the website of Core Vertex Point Co., Ltd. (referred to as “the Firm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By browsing this website or engaging our specialized app analytics and retention measurement advisory services, you (“the Client” or “User”) agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined below.

1. Advisory Scope & Commercial Relationship

Core Vertex Point Co., Ltd. provides specialized technical consulting, telemetry audits, cohort architecture design, and diagnostic analytics services.

All consulting engagements are governed by specific project statements of work (SOWs) executed between the Client and the Firm. Website content, service descriptions, and pricing guidelines are informational and do not constitute a unilateral binding contract until formal project engagement documentation is countersigned by authorized representatives.

2. Intellectual Property & Deliverables Ownership

2.1 Firm Intellectual Property

All proprietary audit frameworks, diagnostic protocols, SQL transformation methodologies, templates, website code, visual theme assets, and published research articles remain the exclusive intellectual property of Core Vertex Point Co., Ltd.

2.2 Client Data & Custom Deliverables

Upon full receipt of agreed advisory fees, the Client receives an exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and deploy all custom Audit Findings Dossiers, tailored SQL queries, tracking schema documentation, and technical recommendations produced specifically for the Client’s application.

3. Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

We treat all client source code repositories, telemetry event payloads, raw warehouse tables, and business performance metrics with the highest standard of commercial confidentiality.

Before accessing any client staging or production environment, both parties execute a mutual Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Core Vertex Point agrees never to disclose, share, or publish identifiable client data without explicit written authorization.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law in the Kingdom of Thailand:

• Core Vertex Point delivers advisory findings and code audits based on standard engineering and statistical best practices. We do not guarantee specific commercial outcomes, app store rankings, or venture financing results.
• In no event shall Core Vertex Point Co., Ltd., its directors, employees, or contractors be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our audit findings or recommendations.
• The total aggregate liability of the Firm for any claim arising out of an engagement shall not exceed the total fees paid by the Client to the Firm under the applicable Statement of Work.

5. Client Obligations & Access Credentials

To ensure timely audit execution, the Client agrees to provide necessary read-only repository and analytics access, designate a technical point of contact, and provide accurate system architecture specifications.

The Client remains solely responsible for managing internal permissions, revoking temporary audit credentials upon project completion, and maintaining their own application security.

6. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Service and all related consulting agreements are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall first be submitted to good-faith negotiation between executive representatives. If unresolved within 30 calendar days, disputes shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
