Key Estimate & Scoping Factors
For applications with complex multi-platform architectures (e.g. cross-platform web + mobile, legacy Flutter/React Native bridges, or multiple distinct game/product titles), engagement fees may be customized based on the following specific criteria:
1. Number of Active Platforms & SDKs
Auditing native Swift (iOS) and Kotlin (Android) implementations concurrently requires dual client inspection. Inclusion of Web or Unity client layers adds 3–5 working days to the timeline.
2. Breadth of Telemetry Event Taxonomy
Standard audits cover up to 40 primary lifecycle events. Custom scopes for expansive e-commerce or multi-category products tracking 100+ events are priced proportionally.
3. Data Warehouse Complexity
Direct integration with Snowflake, BigQuery, ClickHouse, Redshift, or self-hosted PostgreSQL databases is included. Highly nested streaming pipelines (Kafka, Flink) are evaluated individually.
4. Stakeholder Presentation & Training Requirements
If your organization requires multiple departmental workshops (e.g. dedicated engineering deep-dives plus executive board summaries), extended workshops can be appended to any engagement.
Payment Terms & Engagement Commitments
* Engagements are invoiced with a 50% initial retainer upon contract execution and calendar reservation, with the remaining 50% due upon delivery and presentation of the final Audit Findings Dossier.
